Witches Curse

Description

Witches can curse or bless people with a curse or a boon. A curse or a boon has a fate dice rating set by the GM and when such a spell is spoken the witch accrues debt to Fate itself that must be paid by her.
Most often this is done by the witch by looking into a possible future and ensure that it happens as an agent of fate.
